Digital Delivery Policy

Systems Bureau products are delivered digitally. Here is what to expect after payment and how to get help if access does not arrive as expected.

1. How delivery works

After payment is successfully confirmed, your order confirmation page provides access to your purchased digital product. For Inbox to Revenue, you can read the eBook online or download the PDF when your files are ready. Your confirmation email also includes a secure access link sent to the address used at checkout.

2. Delivery timing

Most products should become available shortly after successful payment confirmation. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment processing, security or fraud checks, email filtering, provider availability, or another technical issue. A pending or unsuccessful payment will not trigger delivery.

3. Your email address

Enter an accurate email address at checkout and check that you can receive messages there. If you notice a mistake, contact us with your order details. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm the order before changing delivery information.

4. If you cannot find your product

  1. Confirm that payment completed successfully and was not left pending or declined.
  2. Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders for your confirmation email.
  3. Check the address entered during checkout and search for a message relating to Systems Bureau or the product.
  4. Review the confirmation page or receipt for an access link.
  5. If access is still missing, email hello@systemsbureau.com with the order email, reference number, and product name.

5. Technical problems

When a genuine technical problem prevents delivery or use of the supplied file, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement file or link. Please describe the issue and include any non-sensitive error message that may help us investigate. Never email a full payment-card number or password.

6. Keeping access

Where the applicable Digital Product License permits it, download the product and keep reasonable backup copies. Secure access links may expire, change, or have download limits for security and operational reasons. If you reach a download limit, online reading may remain available. Contact us if a valid purchase needs replacement access or help with a download limit.

7. Refunds and guarantee

If we cannot reasonably resolve a confirmed delivery failure or materially defective file, or if you wish to exercise the 14-day money-back guarantee, you are covered under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
