Why Systems Bureau exists
Information alone is rarely the problem. Most people already have more advice, tabs, notes, and half-finished ideas than they can use. The harder part is turning a sound idea into a clear sequence of decisions and actions.
Systems Bureau closes that gap. We take useful strategies and shape them into focused resources that help people move from knowing what to do to having a repeatable way to do it.
What we make
We publish digital guides, playbooks, templates, frameworks, checklists, and toolkits for the practical side of business. A resource might address sales, conversion, eCommerce, marketing, automation, AI, customer communication, operations, productivity, or another part of running a business.
The library can grow across disciplines because real businesses do not operate in neat categories. Every resource, however, has the same job: make a useful subject easier to put into practice without requiring an MBA, a large team, or a complicated software stack.

Who runs Systems Bureau
Systems Bureau was founded by Rihanoor Protik, an AI automation architect with several years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, conversion strategy, and online business operations. That work showed him where businesses lose sales, and how often the gap is a missing system rather than a missing idea.
He is the author of Inbox to Revenue, a practical guide to selling through Messenger, DMs, and live chat, and the creator of CartConverta, an AI sales agent for Facebook Messenger. He also runs AutomatorX.ai, where he builds AI automation for businesses.
